I’ve been doing Intermittent Fasting for several years. IF, as it’s known by bodybuilders, has lately grown in popularity.
“The 8-Hour Diet: Watch the Pounds Disappear Without Watching What You Eat!” is the #1 seller on Amazon in Health and Fitness. The author, who simply ripped off the ideas of others, recently appeared on the Today Show.
The guy will probably make a killing. He gets no hate from me and he should serve as an example to others.
It doesn’t matter how good your ideas are. What matters is that you’re able to package and sell them to the masses.

I remember years ago on a niche bodybuilding site a guy by the name of Martin Berkhan was talking about the success he had from his Intermittent Fasting protocol.
Props to the originator of the 8 Hour Diet:

Read his latest post, lol.
That was a bit emo and self-involved, was it not?
are you referring to his post?
If so, I agree haha.
I remember years ago guys were asking about him writing a book. It was always “in the works” but never came.
I agree with him when he says his method is nothing special because it isn’t. Hell, it wasn’t even new when he wrote about it years ago (Warrior Diet anyone?). However, I still refer people to his site to read his archives. Literally tons of great information for free. He’s had some great results with his clients as well.
Meanwhile in retard-land, this is the nutrition advice being dispensed…
